* Is it okay to work in groups or pairs?
Yes! We don’t care how you go about creating your tags. Just remember that for every 12 tags you send us, you’ll receive 12 tags in return.
* May I submit more than one design?
Yes! You may submit as many designs as you’d like. Just keep in mind that for every 12 tags you send in, you’ll receive 12 tags in return. For example, if you send us 12 each of three different designs, you’ll end up receiving 36 tags in the mail.
* Is it okay if each one of the 12 tags I submit are of a different design?
Yes, that's totally fine and up to you.
* Will I get any of my own tags back in the mail along with the new ones?
Probably not. So if you’d like to have some of your own tags to use, you’ll need to make extras to keep for yourself.
* Will you ship internationally?
Yes! We’re happy to ship anywhere in the world (although it might take a bit longer to get there). Don’t forget to write the name of your town and country in small print on the back of each tag so everyone will see where they came from.
* I'm worried about sending cash through the mail. What are the options?
There are several options for paying for return postage: You can include $2.56 worth of stamps on your return envelope. You can pay with PayPal (at the top of the sidebar to the right), or you can send cash, or Venmo me.
